Morcilla, Asparagus & Pea Pasta

My gluten-free girlfriend was out for the night, so what did I do? Make a shed load of pasta. This time I've used beautiful earthy flavours to make a stunning, yet simple sauce. This recipe also uses one of my favourite ingredients - Morcilla. Morcilla is the Spanish equivalent to our Black pudding and works beautifully with asparagus and peas.
